A staple of die shops and press lines, polyurethane die springs store more energy than steel springs, run silently and resist fatigue. Cast at 90-95 Shore A, they eliminate the breakage risk of steel springs in stripping and pressure applications inside dies.
Vibration chocks are produced in soft 40-60 Shore A formulations; they damp the impact that presses, compressors and fans transmit to the floor, reduce noise and keep bolted joints from loosening. Both product groups are manufactured to requested dimensions and hole patterns, with or without bonded steel plates.
